Could it be Dolson and Hartley, or Johnson and Stricklen? Looking through the list of what’s left, I can’t find any realistic combos of teammates the Mercury could possibly get. Not really sure Johnson is a very realistic option either.

I think they have the rights to a couple other nice foreign players.
But don’t the Liberty have enough foreign players? Plus these ones haven’t shown up to the league in a while: Sonja Petrovic and Marta Xargay.

I don't see how this work with both DT & Skylar both being ball dominated players. I thought Mystics were a better fit for Sky.

They might not be the best big 3 in Px history

Besides pondexter and penny big 3 2016 DT Boner and Griner might be better than 2020 DT Diggings and Griner

And they might not even be the best big 3 in 2020

Wilson, McCoughtry and Cambage
N.ogwumike, C. Gray and Parker
And Howard, Stewart and Bird or Loyd will be int the competition

And there are probably some Minny combos Whalan Moore Fowls or Whalan Moore Augustus that you can't discount

Smith Nolan Ford
Heck maybe even Yo, Powell Lawson and
Oliver Edd Meeseman sorry Washington too soon?

I will agree that they probably have the greatest name recognition of all time

There are rumors that Bria Hartley is signing with the Mercury. Could she and Charles be the teammates being referenced for Phoenix?

If the Mercury do sign her, it would probably mean the end to Mitchell in Phoenix or that a couple of Phoenix guards might be involved in the Charles trade...if there is one.

Both were UFAs, so maybe the players decided for them, but I'd rather have just given the money to Leilani Mitchell to stay.
