Week 1 results:

In a week where the percentage of winners was 50.7% for all players, Pureform had a truly remarkable effort. His 15 correct was 2 better than anyone else, but even more impressively he did so picking only 19 of the 20 games (no pick on the BYU_Washington St game. It was a tough week as no one correctly picked South Florida over Texas, only 2 (Summertime and Ready) had South Carolina over Maryland and only 3 (Hoopsmom, Summertime and Pureform) had Missouri St over Minnesota.

I rechecked the totals listed by Coyotes and there were two changes.

Week 2 results (UGLY)

Congratulations to Readyaimfire for being only one of two players to get more than half of the games correct and winning the week with 13 correct. Also kudos to Coyotes for being the other +.500 player, moving into 1st place for the season.

Overall the 12 players this week were able to get 45% of the games right, something less than a bulldog pooping out his predictions. I say Bulldog because Yale beat Quinnipiac, a game that only Myrtle correctly prognosticated. Three other games are worthy of note for our collective struggles. Stony Brook (my hometown) beat Hofstra 81-38 but only Pilight and Pureform took the Sea Wolves. Northwestern outscored Duke 29-4 in the third quarter en route to a 63-42 victory, with only Hoopsmom and Coyotes on the Wildcats. (After seeing Duke on Thursday this result didn't surprise me one bit.) And Georgia Tech destroyed Georgia 73-40, but only Coyotes, Adam and HOWEE!!! rambled with the Wreck.

Based on our results of the first two weeks I have decided that week 4's games will be easier. (Not Tennessee vs Arkansas Pine Bluff easy, mind you.)
