I've been in contact with the web hosting outfit, and they have assured me that they are going to remove/move some of the sites from this server, I think we have several busy sites on this one server, and the hosting outfit, is in the process of moving some sites around to balance the loads on the different servers, we aren't the problem and there is tons of growth potential at this place, so just a note to let you know I'm aware the site has been a little finicky lately, and rest assured we'll get it resolved.

well the "problem" i think you're referring to hasn't been a problem with his last few posts, if you've noticed, so kicking up dirt doesn't sound like the way to go if we're genuinely trying to achieve an end to previous behavior, imho.
i take it back - no guessing here. you mentioned him by name. i have to wonder what your reaction would've been if he had posted asking reb if something could be done about dtsms?
goes two ways, guy.

you're right; he's been fighting with Cam, Keegan, and Caune on the ESPN board instead...

Why would something done on another board require any action here?
