Despite Chris Evert's shameless shilling for Coco, Osaka kicked the kid back to 10-th grade in a one-sided 3rd round match, 6-3, 6-0.

Shucks I'm always "fighting" with Chrissie! lol! Surprisingly, she didn't annoy me as much this time.

Naomi played a amazing! Coco will work on her serve, etc. and come back strong. Beautiful sportsmanship after the match!

Apparently the Gauff match took a lot out of Osaka, as she was eliminated in the round of 16

Hopefully, she did not peak for the Wang match. Ideally, you want to peak for the championship match.

Serena Williams vs Bianca Andreescu in the final

Serena is now one short of Chris Evert's record of 34 Grand Slam finals

Andreescu wins 63 75

She's the first player born in the 2000's to win a grand slam event

Hard to believe, but Andreescu is the first Canadian to win a grand slam.

They really have to stop showering Serena with undue attention BEFORE grand slam championship matches and show more respect to her opponents. She tends to put too much pressure on herself.

The men's side is still waiting for its first grand slam winner who was born in the 1990's...
