Time to bounce back and get back on the winning track. Also need to prove (to ourselves) that we can pull out a win on the road. We can't take them too lightly, like the Aces apparently did a couple of nights ago. Being a Notre Dame alumna, I hope that Mabrey gets some minutes tonight.
Go Sparks! |

The Fever have the possibility to be very good next season. Adding in Lauren Cox, plus the return of Vivians and their second-rounder should make them a very deep team.
PG: Wheeler/#16 pick or Kea
SG: TMitchell/KMitchell/Johnson
SF: Vivians/Burke
PF: Dupree/Cox/Mavunga
C: McCowan/Achonwa

I don't know what LA is doing but they need to find some offense, share the ball and stop fouling!!

Unconventional wisdom: Pokey puts McCowan back in with 3 fouls and 13.7 sec left in half.

omg. what a foul fest. Debbie's right - this is about the officials instead of the players on the floor. Pretty disgusting really.

CHELSEA. GRAY.
I hope Chiney can find a rhythm....Goodness! The officials really have been sucking the life out of this game!

I'm still not convinced the Sparks will go far in the playoffs.

Pokey deserves a lot of credit for that. A lesser coach might have ruined their potential by starting McCowan from the beginning and getting the Fever out of the lottery.

I am not either, especially in respect to how they have gotten their last few wins. If you need lights out 3pt shooting to get wins, such as 7 3pters by Gray yet they still only win by a few points. Williams, for example, is a streak shooter and is certain to cool off in key games yet will keep jacking them up. Fisher seems to have his rotations locked in by player as opposed to how the are playing individually. in the last Game he brought in Chiney first off the bench, when logic called for either Vadeeva or Brown to counter the strength of McCowen. McCowen was just killing Nneka and it required constant double teams.
He seems to be locked into the system that dominated the NBA. That is where, in that Star driven system, they would cater to the players that had the reputations, in respect to playing time, as opposed to the players who would produce better on the floor.
