Arike's FG% is what's hurting her chance. You do have to wonder how much better she'd be if she had a competent PG playing beside her.

The good news for Arike is that her games in August to date (four total, 2-2 record) have been far more efficient. She is shooting 44.27 percent from the floor (27-61) and 45 percent from three (9-20) in Dallas' four August games.

It is a small sample size, but the hope is that the game has slowed down a little for her and that she can be efficient even in the absence of a true PG.
