Creighton
The regular-season kicks off on Nov. 5th as Creighton makes the short trip to Baxter Arena to battle local foe UNO. One week later Creighton opens its home season with an NCAA Tournament foe as the Bluejays face off with South Dakota State on Nov. 12th.
Tough battles with NCAA Tournament squads continue as Creighton takes on Drake in Des Moines, Iowa on Nov. 16th. The Bluejays return home for a contest with North Dakota State on Nov. 18th before closing out the month on the road.
The Bluejays take on Nebraska in Lincoln on Nov. 24th, facing the Huskers in Pinnacle Bank Arena. The month of November comes to a close in a festive way as Creighton faces West Virginia (Nov. 28th) and Temple the following day (Nov. 29th) in the Cancun Challenge.
The month of December begins with another NCAA Tournament foe as Creighton takes on South Dakota in a road contest on Dec. 4th. The Bluejays return home for games with Northern Iowa (Dec. 8th) and Wichita State (Dec. 14th).
One final non-conference contest offers another opportunity to follow the Bluejays to a warm winter area as the women's team takes on Arizona State on Dec. 20th.

Arizona State women's basketball will play seven of 12 non-conference games at home as it pursues a seventh consecutive NCAA Tournament berth.
ASU opens with home games against Air Force on Nov. 5 and Army on Nov. 10 before traveling to Minnesota on Nov. 17. Sun Devil seniors Kiara Russell and Jamie Ruden are from Minnesota.
After a home game against Cal Poly on Nov. 24, ASU plays three games at the Gulf Coast Showcase, Nov. 29-Dec. 1 in Estero, Fla.
Others teams in the Gulf Coast field are Auburn, Dayton, Drake, Gonzaga, Maine, Middle Tennessee and Purdue. Pairings have yet to be announced.
ASU sophomore Jamie Loera and Gonzaga senior Jessie Loera are sisters.
The Sun Devils are home to BYU (Dec. 6), Idaho State (Dec. 8 ) and New Mexico (Dec. 14) before playing at New Mexico State (Dec. 18 ). They close non-conference play at home against Creighton (Dec. 20).
The BYU/Idaho State games are in lieu of ASU's traditional home tournament.

Creighton has had South Dakota State's number for the past decade or so...ever since SDSU pulled a shady and stole Jill Young from them, it's like karma has had it's way with the Jacks.. :O

Ohio State
The Buckeyes’ two marquee matchups at home in the early portion of the season will be against perennial power UConn on Nov. 24 and ACC champion Louisville on Dec. 5. The Huskies advanced to last year’s Final Four and finished third in last year’s rankings while Louisville lost to UConn in the regional final and finished seventh. The matchup with Louisville will be part of the Big Ten/ACC Challenge.
The Buckeyes will open the season by participating in the Ohio Hall of Fame Challenge which is being hosted by Wittenberg University. They will play Valparaiso on Sunday, Nov. 10 in a neutral site contest inside Pam Evans Smith Arena. OSU will then play three in-state foes with two of those games coming on the road. A trip to Cincinnati on Nov. 13 will continue the two teams’ home-and-home series which has spanned six of the last seven seasons. The Buckeyes return home to host Ohio on Nov. 17 which will mark the first game between the Buckeyes and Bobcats since 2004. Finally, Ohio State will renew a rivalry with Kent State on Nov. 21 in Kent. The team’s met 13 times between 1966 and 1981 but haven’t played since. This will the Buckeyes’ first road game at a MAC school since playing at Bowling Green in 2000.
Sandwiched in between the matchups with UConn and Louisville is a trip to Las Vegas for the South Point Shootout. OSU will take on two very good non-Power 5 schools in South Dakota (Nov. 29) and Northern Iowa (Nov. 30). Even though what happens in Vegas is supposed to stay in Vegas, the Buckeyes have brought back a perfect 5-0 record in the previous two trips to Sin City. They won both games of the 2015 South Point Shootout and then claimed the title at the Play4Kay Showcase in 2017 with wins over Memphis, FGCU and No. 12 Stanford.
The game on Dec. 8 vs. Radford will not only be the last game before final exams but it will also be the first meeting between the two programs. Once the tests are turned in, the Buckeyes will embark on their final non-conference road trip as they head to the West Coast to take on Stanford (Dec. 15) and Sacramento State (Dec. 17). The three teams were supposed to play this past season but the wildfires that plagued Northern California last November forced the cancellation of the Buckeyes’ trip. The game at Stanford should be a good one as it will feature two of the top-4 recruiting classes in the country.

Baylor has released the rest of their schedule and it didn't get better. Georgia is the only quality home game, and there are really only a couple of decent away games. This is just not the schedule a Final Four favorite should play, especially since the B12 is expected to be a bit down this year.

Definitely an interesting schedule for an elite team ...
But it does ensure a sparkling record, and very likely a high seed. If you're playing for the postseason, sometimes that's a better path than picking up a few losses and winding up far from home after the first two games.
Still, I would have expected a bit more ...

So far nothing out of JMU except they have scheduled games with Maryland and UVA. Maryland will be here, and UVA will be on their floor.

North Carolina
New head coach Courtney Banghart will begin her Carolina career with four straight games in Chapel Hill. The Tar Heels begin the season against Western Carolina, then take on Navy, Charleston Southern, and Elon in a two-week span.
UNC travels to Mexico for Thanksgiving and will participate in the Cancun Challenge. In the second game, the Tar Heels will face their toughest test of the non-conference schedule in Missouri.
The Tigers were in the same region as Carolina last season in the NCAA Tournament. Mizzou made it to the second round, losing to second seed Iowa 68-52.
The Tar Heels will face off against Illinois in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge, then face local opponent NC Central three days later.
Carolina’s only true road game will come against Alabama prior to the end of the semester.
After the holidays, UNC finishes off their non-conference schedule against UNCW in Myrtle Beach and Yale in Carmichael Arena.

But then again except for Uconn, it does not ever give the Baylor team a litmus test for how well their new roster sans Brown is working. Some players play really well against lesser competition, but not against elite players. I would hope they had more of an opportunity to compare how well their potential small lineup compares to the larger options that they have available. On the plus side it does give them the option of trying different lineups without incurring the risk of a loss.
It might have been a smarter move to add a few more challangeing teams toward the end of the schedule. Ucon is not projected to be strong in the post so they would not really be a good test in that respect. This creates a potential of going into the NCAA's with their team still a question mark in respect how they will play against strong post opposition.

Oklahoma
OU begins the 2019-20 season by hosting Oklahoma City University for an exhibition game on Nov. 4 inside Lloyd Noble Center.
As previously announced, Oklahoma will be a host of the Preseason WNIT and play Prairie View A&M (17-14, WNIT First Round) in the first round on Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. CT. The Sooners will meet either UAB (26-7, WNIT Second Round) or South Alabama (25-11, WNIT Second Round) in a second-round contest on Nov. 10. The semifinals are scheduled for Nov. 14 with the Preseason WNIT Championship to be televised on CBS Sports Network on Nov. 17. All games will be played on campus sites.
OU hosts Stephen F. Austin (25-7, WNIT First Round) on Nov. 20 before making the first road trip of the season to face Houston (15-16, WNIT First Round) on Nov. 23. The Sooners return to Lloyd Noble Center on Nov. 26 to take on Abilene Christian (23-10, NCAA First Round).
OU hits the road for a two-game road swing as the Sooners travel to Wichita State (12-1 on Nov. 30 before heading to Bowling Green, Ky., to square off against Western Kentucky (20-15, WNIT Third Round) on Dec 4.
The Sooners begin a three-game homestand on Dec. 7 as LSU (16-13) and OU meet for the first time as a part of the 2019 Big 12/SEC Challenge. The home swing also includes matchups with Sam Houston State (16-13) on Dec. 15 and Drake (27-7, NCAA First Round) on Dec. 17.
To wrap up non-conference play, the Sooners travel to Uncasville, Conn., for the 2019 Women’s Holiday Showcase to face UConn (35-3, NCAA Final Four) at the Mohegan Sun Arena.

USC's non-conference, still being finalized:
@ Maryland, Nov. 10
@ Dayton, Nov. 13
Paradise Jam Virgin Islands Tournament, Nov. 28-30 (participants include Oregon, Louisville, Oklahoma State, and UT Arlington in the Island Division, while Baylor, Indiana, South Carolina and Washington State will be in the Reef Division)
Purdue, Dec. 15
Duke, Dec. 19
South Dakota, Dec. 22
UConn, TBA
@ Clemson, TBA
Also apparently Alabama State and Appalachian State: USC will not participate in the SEC/Big12 Challenge for 2019-20, so one or both of those games will be around the first week of December, most likely.....

It's certainly not super tough but that's no real surprise as they will have a very young team this year. I am disappointed that for the second season in a row they aren't playing Wisconsin - I like that rivalry.
