Alexis Jones started the first game, but Ruffin-Pratt has been starting since then. Sydney Wiese has started all 4 games that Beard has missed.

Watching both Sims and Robinson fail to finish at the rim just underscores how nice it was to have Whalen for all those years.

Interesting how, after just a few seconds on the bench after picking up her 2nd early foul, Collier is put back in by Reeve. Collier immediately scores a basket.

Collier could easily end up the best player in the 2019 draft and she dropped to 6th so freaking Minnesota could pick her up. Gabby Williams' lack of success as a #4 pick - although several inches shorter and shorter armed - might have caused Collier to go down. At least posters here kept comparing the two.

TRP needs to play less minutes for theSparks. Lynx are leaving her open daring her to shoot. It hurts their offense inside

Wow, was Reeve ever rewarded for trusting the rookie with those minutes! Collier's making me a Lynx fan.

Neither team playing well.

Sad to not see a bigger turnout for Whalen's jersey retirement.

I was betting Sims would go off on the team that traded her. She’s looking pretty bad so far.

I knew Collier had the offense, but she's been pretty good on the defensive end as well. I shouldn't be surprised though because she's always had a good motor and those kinda players ie...Nneka, DMJ, Swin Cash are usually successful.

They know her tendencies way too well. Keep stopping her when she inevitably tries to go to her left.

Since Reeve doesn’t have a lot of choice considering Christmas seems to be having continuing issues, this seems similar to the start of the 2014 season when multiple injuries forced Reeve to trust rookie Dantas to start at center. That worked out pretty well too.

Refs let a rugby scrum go on without a whistle but blow whistle on a touch foul on a jumper. Just be consistent on both ends!

Wow, did the announcers just do a whitewash job on Riquana Williams. After gushing about the way she was playing, they tell about how she missed time because of her domestic abuse charges, but only refer to it as "a legal matter" and "her current legal situation." Then they went back to praising her game.

Anyone know if Maya was there for the jersey retirement? I didn't get to see the start of the game...
