Ouch for Howard. The position switch makes sense, but couldn’t they afford Mitchell?

I guess Dietrick does have some familiarity with SEA.

Makes sense i think. Zellous was handling the ball when Canada was resting but is now dealing eith some knee issues. So sign another player that can handle the ball a lil bit and shoot it.

Yeah, Zellous has essentially been the backup point guard, so now that she's hurt as well they obviously decided they had to make a move. In the glimpses we've seen of her Howard didn't look like she was about to become a world-beater any time soon, so it's probably no great loss. I wouldn't be surprised if she's back in Storm camp next year trying again.

Funny because I don't consider Dietrick a PG. Maybe would have been better off with Arica Carter or Hiedeman.

Me neither. To me she is more a shooting guard who doesn't shoot well or defend well or do anything else well. (Mostly joking) But down here in the WNBL she ended up playing a lot of PG and was actually quite serviceable in the role.

She had the ball in her hands a lot at Princeton. Not sure she was THE PG, but she definitely ran plays...and scored a lot.

We all know it was a fake job they tossed out to make the league look all warm and fuzzy before CBA negotiations. When pressed, they couldn’t even come up with a job description.

She played in Seattle's opener less than 48 hours after playing in the deciding Game 5 of France's playoff Finals, which suggests to me that she may, just occasionally, need to slow down a little. Or be saved from herself Smile.

She's rehabbing in LA. Sucks that she can't be at the games but she is getting the best care possible.

She was courtside at the last Sparks game

Hits keep coming, but resilient Seattle Storm persevere
Mechelle Voepel

Last September, the Seattle Storm finished off a WNBA championship season with a sweep, and everyone asked, "Who can stop the Storm from repeating?"
Now as we start July 2019, the question is, "How have the Storm managed to be 8-6 and in fourth place?"

Natasha Howard’s wife is speaking out about alleged physical and mental abuse by her wife on her twitter account. She has a lot of documentation. This is a link to just one tweet, which includes a video.

Yeah, I'm reading this right now...this probably needs its own thread. Pretty serious.
