Good idea but it appears they are just at the point of making general suggestions. I would hope they could come up with specific ideas that would give actual form to their agenda. I believe that is where the real challenge begins.

I see a lot of generalization and organizational fluffery and bafflegab, but nothing very concrete. Call me when they get down to the real stuff...in about 5 years, maybe.
