I found that teams go a lot on reputation as opposed to camp performance. One you have been cut a few times and haven't made a roster in a while the odds of you making a team, even with an excellent camp becomes very slim. Once you are stereotyped as camp fodder that perspective just doesn't change easily. It almost could be referred to as a "good ole girl system "
