That's why you run a bunch of screens. And it's almost always wrong to inbound it to a player right next to the inbounder because that player will almost always be doubled. And it's why you have to spend a significant amount of practice time on end of game plays. It's usually not enough to draw up a play in the huddle that your players have never practiced before.
