That's kinda what it looks like: Gustafson v. Charles. So far Megan's getting more support.

Brenda really want Owens to foul out in the first half. Still in with 4.

Well, it's 24-20 MG right now.

Advantage to Iowa on that jump ball at the end of the half.

MD gets the ball 90' away with only 2 seconds left and Iowa gets it to start the 3rd.

Short of scoring, that was the best thing that could happen for Iowa.

Bluder has a nice connection with Wisconsin - Gustafson is the top scorer in HS basketball in Wisconsin and the 2019 Ms. Basketball in Wisconsin is also going to Iowa.

but Maryland has lots of players to put in and push her around. The girl definitely takes a beating.

On another note, it's a shame to see this final so poorly attended.

That's unfortunately what you get with a later game and two teams that are from quite a distance.

5.5 hours to Iowa and 9 to MD.

She holds the record at 48 that she set last year.

Trivia Time

Who is the coach that holds the best win/loss record in the Big Ten Tourney by percentage?

well, if Charlie is right that the loser is a 3 in Greensboro and the winner is a 2 in Chicago, geographically it's best if Iowa does win.

I figured that she was getting close so I looked it up. Posted that as she was shooting free throws. About a minute before it was announced on TV.

I believe that was a trivia question on the video board earlier in the weekend, and the answer was Sharon Versyp.

Charles is a really really good player. She will be even better when she learns to pass a little.

It’s difficult for most on a Sunday night. We usually leave Indy on Sunday morning to get back to Ann Arbor, as it’s too late to drive home after the final and too expensive to spend another night.

Earlier in the tournament we were talking with some Rutgers boosters. They were sad that they got to see so few games now that they’re in the B1G. Indy is 11-12 hours drive or a plane ticket which is tough for their aging group.

I don't doubt it. And as much as I love Indy, I'm not sure that I could find 4 days of fun things to do.
