So far today the conference finals have been boring, lop-sided blowouts.

Let's hope that trend continues.

19-5 after one. The trend continues.

UConn could win this game playing 4 on 5.

41-15 at the half.

Collier with 18 pts. And for those who follow such things, 7-9 fgs, 2 of which were 3's and 2 of which were those soft 8-10 ' fadeaways. And 2 of her layups were from beating her defender down the court.

And they all looked easy as hell. Wink

Man, I feel so bad for USF. They lost their top 3 players, one being someone who had probably HM AA and 2nd round draft pick potential . It bodes well for them next year because these players are getting a lot of experience.

Contrary to what the color analyst said, I'm hoping the SelComm doesn't pit like-minded teams against each other.

IOW, I don't want to see another Oregon-ND game b4 the FF. Or a Baylor-MS ST one.

I'd rather see styles in contrast.

It's another glorified scrimmage, like most of UConn's schedule

He COULD play his bench..... just a thought though.

Does it ever get old? I mean, at this point, why add your two cents?

We play in a shit conference, we know. There is nothing we can do it about it.

Don't worry pilight, the end of the dynasty is near. Once Geno leaves we will fall into the world of ODU and LaTech and you'll have to extend your sarcasm and bitchiness to someone else.

So, Imma lay it out like this. Sometimes this season we struggled WITH Lou on the floor. We are now in our 3rd game without her and people are in new roles. I know "it's just the American" and these are "scrimmages," but we still need to win them.

*This rotation has to gel. I mean, we struggled to beat this team ten days ago.
*We only have 4 players dressed and Batouly, because of her knees can't play more than 10 minutes per game.
*One starter always had to be on the floor at all times.
*Pheesa and Crystal sat almost the ENTIRE 4th quarter.
*Meghan, Crystal, and ONO's development and confidence will play a key role in whether or not we contend for a NC.

The minutes went as follows:
Meghan-34
Crystal-27
Christyn-35
ONO-31
Pheesa-29
Mikayla-15
Molly-9
Kyla-14
Batouly-6

What exactly, was he supposed to do? Play the bench players 20+ minutes, when that will NEVER happen in a game down the road!!

If he played the bench players more in games that REALLY didn’t matter, they wouldn’t be so “”bench-y”, would they?

Probably didn't have to go that far back for an example of the hypocrisy.

Was the UConn pride just a little hurt by the question?

And people wonder why UConn fans don't start threads on their games?

Just a little nugget for all the "RPI" types to ponder. While RPI Nos 7 & 66 fought for the SEC title today, tomorrow RPI Nos 6 & 15 will meet for the AAC title. Can parity be far behind?
