DePaul at Creighton is on FS2 and the other 4 BE games are all on the BE Digital Network via FoxSportsGo: https://www.foxsportsgo.com/

This is what's decided so far for seeding for the BET:
1. Marquette
2. DePaul
3. Butler
10. Xavier

Seton Hall will be the 8 or 9 and there are lots of other possibilities for the other seeds with lots of teams bunched up. This BE article breaks it down: http://www.bigeast.com/news/2019/3/2/womens-basketball-last-night-in-bigeastwbb-3-2-19.aspx

Additionally DePaul has the chance to tie Marquette for the regular season title if they beat Creighton and Marquette loses to Providence. MU gets the #1 seed in the BET no matter what though based on two wins over DePaul during the regular season.

Today's games:

Marquette at Providence - 1P EST

Seton Hall at St. John's - 2P EST

DePaul at Creighton - 2P EST - FS2

Georgetown at Xavier - 2P EST

Villanova at Butler - 2P EST

Well the good news is Marquette is playing much better than they did Friday night but the bad news is they let what was once a 17 point lead get down to 9 Sad - they lead 40-31 at halftime.

Danielle King has a knee brace on and was in a warm-up video MU tweeted but hasn't played. I'm guessing she's not available for this game - no idea what her status is going forward.

Go Marquette - you really need this one!!!

At least they haven't given up a 20-0 run yet Smile. Marquette is such a different team without Davenport and now King is out for this one also - get the feeling she might be able to play again this year though. Just hoping they can gut this one out and get a W. MU leads 49-43 with 5:06 to go in the quarter - getting it done with a sophomore and junior - the 3 seniors playing haven't put up a lot of points yet.

Creighton forced an early DePaul timeout after jumping out to a 9-0 lead.

DePaul pulled a lot closer and Creighton leads 15-11 after the first quarter.

Xavier leads Georgetown 15-10 after the 1st quarter - a little surprising but a lot of time left.

Marquette is up 64-52 with 6:05 to go in the game. Please hold onto this lead Marquette...

The St. John's stats are all screwy today - it's listing the score as final already - laughed when I saw that at a score of 14-13. It also says St. John's is playing Marquette. Seton Hall holds a slim 31-29 lead with about 6 minutes to go in the 2nd quarter.

Marquette wins 80-57 and finishes BE play at 15-3 and win an outright BE regular season championship (they would have tied with DePaul for the title had they lost today and DePaul wins). I am so happy they found a way to win this one - they needed a win in the worst way.

Big games from Isabelle Spingola with 17 points on 5 three's and Selena Lott who had a career high with 19 points. Seniors Hiedeman and Blockton joined them in double figures with 12 and 13 respectively.

Marquette did have travel issues as I suspected as it looked like they practiced in an airport yesterday - they didn't get in to Providence until 9P last night. But that's something all teams have to deal with and they got through it fine.

Danielle King was on an exercise bike during the game so I have hopes she may be able to play for the BET next week.

I'm having fun watching the Big East's whip around coverage right now - all the games are pretty close.

St. John's is on a big run and leads Seton Hall 54-48 with 2 min to go in the 3rd quarter.

Butler and Villanova are tied at 55 with 3:21 to go in the game

Georgetown leads Xavier 44-40 at the end of the 3rd quarter

Creighton leads DePaul 48-36 with about 3 min to go in the 3rd quarter

Whitney Jennings had a nice shot that could have won the game for Butler but it didn't go down so Butler and Villanova head to overtime tied at 58.

Georgetown leads Xavier 52-49 with 5:23 to go in the gae

Creighton leads DePaul 56-49 at the end of the third quarter

St. John's leads Seton Hall 64-56 with 9 min to go in the game.

Butler escapes with a 62-60 win in OT and finish 3rd in the BE at 11-7. Villanova finishes 9-9 - not sure what seed they'll end up with.
