Oklahoma State vs. Kansas State (8pm EST) ESPN3 will be interesting to watch this contest for dominance of The Middle of The Big 12 Pack.

And Toledo just takes down CMU in the ultra-competive MAC, 62-49! How sweet it is!
Sorry 62-59 my typo error but Toledo still won!

ESPN has 3 MAC teams in top ten MidMajors, with 4 teams, including Toledo until last week.

Duquesne pull out the win by outscoring LaSalle 6-1 (all FT) over the last 70 seconds.

But VCU falls to George Washington and Dayton falls to St Louis, leaving Duquesne, VCU and Davidson as the only teams with just one loss.

And NC State shows why they are the #8 team in the country....not. I predict they lose 4 of their next 6.

Mississippi State over Florida 90-42. Anriel had 21 pts in 21 minutes. Tea had 2 pts/6 reb. Lots of playing time for the bench, which contributed 43 points.

I was surprised by tonight's Drake score - they beat Indiana State 70-68 on the road - closer game than I would have expected. Drake and Missouri State are tied at the top of the Missouri Valley right now at 6-0 and they face each other in Des Moines next Friday.

Utah is 17-1 , 6-1 in the Pac-12.

They are currently living up to the coach's statement in her bio:

"As she enters her fourth season with the Utes in 2018-19, that attitude could not be more true. After three successful seasons with Utah, Roberts has made it clear that “it is time for us to pivot to being great.

But they have yet to play Stanford, Oregon or Oregon State.

William & Marry came up to the Convo Center and JMU politely handed them a loss, 65-48. It's hard to play a team that can't get out of your way, let alone their own. W&M is honestly not all that good, although they do have a couple of good players in Bianca Boggs and Harper Birdsong, and IMO they really ought to be playing in D-III along with Mary Washington. They were also helped by some refs with happy whistles who didn't seem to understand the out of bounds rule. But whatever.
