And that's the game my friends. Westbrook makes both FTs to put the LVs up by 1 with just over :10. Arkansas doesn't call a timeout, Monk penetrates just enough and scores on a pull-up with about 3.5 seconds. LVs look lost on the inbound play and the 3 pointer hits off the rim.
5 losses in a row, 1-5 in the SEC. I just don't understand it. I really think they are in danger of missing the tournament and that just boggles my mind.

next up - N Dame. The best part of watching that game for me is that one team must lose. But I'll predict a close game.

What are the chances? Quite high, I have to think. To go .500 in conference, they would have to go 7-3 the rest of the season. That's pretty hard time imagine.

The way LSU is playing defense, that one isn't a gimme by any stretch of the imagination. I'm not even 100% sure they'd be favored, being just a couple of days after the ND game.

Would missing the tournament be the thing that actually forced Fulmer to make a coaching change? Because there hasn't seemed to be much interest in Knoxville in actually facing up to the problem.
Missing the tournament for the first time ever would have to get someone's attention. It's almost unthinkable. (Which is why the Committee probably won't have the guts to leave them out regardless of their record.)

That's just the way she talks and always has. Deal with it. I've known Holly for over 30 years and that's her in public. Not in private though.
The kids are snakebit, which is not unusual for a bunch of freshmen and sophomores on a losing streak. The ones who aren't are Cheridene Green and maybe for some reason Rae Burrell...they played pretty well last night. Meme Jackson is in one of her godawful slumps which she seems to get into every year about this time. Hopefully they all bust out of it right quick.

| Holly's public speaking deficiencies make her look like an even worse coach than she is. I don't understand why one of her mentors, CPS, Joan Cronan, or someone, didn't help her with this problem years ago.
