Their live video has been free in the past and I didn’t hear about that changing.

Great use of half a day vacation today 😀 - Go Marquette!

Macy Miller and Guebert just 2-10 combined from the field as Marquette takes the early lead.

The Jackrabbits are having a lot of trouble defending the 3. Marquette up 44-25 at half. But SDSU is rebounding well.

Too many turnovers and allowing the 3.

It doesn't help that Marquette is shooting pretty darn well from 3. 10-19 for 52.6%.

And this is very unusual for Marquette but I’ll take it 😀.

If you had to choose a game to get hot between the exhibition and this one, I bet 10/10 fans would want this one. Although, it's much better to say that my team lost to the Jackrabbits than Grand Valley State or whoever it was.

I was worried about the Golden Eagles after their exhibition loss, but they are really killing the Jackrabbits!

68-34 after 3 quarters.

If they play like this now, I really don’t care who they lost to in the exhibition season - that game doesn’t count at least 😀. I was afraid they were going to get beaten handily today and never imagined a 30 plus point lead now.

You and me both 😀. Bench clearing time for MU - they lead 72-36 with 8:10 to go.

Maybe Marquette lost the exhibition on purpose so that they could lull the Jackrabbits into a false sense of security.

If so, it worked: 91-52 final.

Marquette shot 42% from 3 (13/31) while SDSU shot only 24% (5/21). But it was more than that. Marquette looked really good but SDSU has some adjustments to make. Turnovers, for instance, favored Marquette 24-9. Steals were 10 to 3 in favor of Marquette.

I was pleasantly surprised with how good Marquette looked in this game. This was a nice start to the season - onto the preseason WNIT where they host Montana State on Friday.

They certainly have nice momentum heading int the preseason WNIT. Of course they proved momentum was overrated today!
