Wynn and Washington get a local big, Ja'Quaya Miller. Ranked #40 on PN and unranked on ESPN, this is a very nice get for the Huskies.

Doesn’t really matter who signs who anymore. Most of them will just transfer to another school or two before they’re done. The NCAA needs tougher restrictions on players transferring. It’s become ridiculous. Be an adult. When you accept a scholarship from a team to play for them for four years, you PLAY for them for four years. Schools get screwed over when players they recruited and build around decided to just up and leave, mostly for no real good reason.

The flipside of this is when you are recruited hard by a coach who just signed a contract extension, and turn down quite a few very good offers. Just prior to your arriving on campus, the school fires said coach, and hires a new one. After you have been on campus long enough that you can’t just leave, the coach tells you that his playing style is 180° different from the previous coach, and since you are a post and he doesn’t play posts, but rather a 4-guard offense, he doesn’t have room for you in his game. So after a year of practicing really hard but barely playing, you transfer to a school that will give you a chance to play rather than sitting on the bench for four years.

Somebody had Brunelle at #1. The above link now has her down to #10 and Peoples has dropped to #8.

Be an adult -- make decisions that are best for you and your life. Don't tie yourself to past mistakes.

Being an adult is, in part, being willing to admit that prior decisions were not the best.

That's just what coaches do; that's just what administrators do. So for the latter, does that mean that you stick with a horrible coach for the length of his contract no matter what? Or is that only for players?

Granted, there is a lot to be said for sticking to things and working through problems, but it's far from black and white. And if administrators, coaches and other adults can change jobs without penalty, why shouldn't players be allowed to do the same? Doesn't movement by anyone involved in a college program "screw the school" in the same way?

Angel Jackson to USC, making three Cal Stars in this class, Jackson, Alyson Miura and Madison Campbell. The Trojans are obviously hoping for their teammates Cameron Brink and Brooke Demetre in the next two classes.

If USC lands Alissa Pili this year, watch out.

Holly will ruin her chances at a top pro career like she did the rest of them.

Sadly, I have to agree. The odds say that a girl who goes to Tennessee will not improve as much as a girl who goes to UConn, Notre Dame or more than a few others.

But they still keep coming, so that staff is doing something right ... and maybe Horston will be one of the lucky ones.

Haven't seen any. But that's been true her entire recruitment. She seems to treat info about her activities and choices like a state secret. Which she's certainly entitled to do; indeed it's rather refreshing.

Alissa Pili to USC. Combined with Angel Jackson, USC has a very formidable presence.

According to Raoul, West Virginia has received a verbal from Blessing Ejiofor, The 6'5" post was a freshman at Vanderbilt last year. This year she is transferred her services to a JUCO which has allowed her to verbal West Virginia for the 2019 season.

ESPN has a story on Amihere that says her choices are down to Kentucky, Louisville and South Carolina.

#15 Maori Davenport 6'4 post from Troy, AL to Rutgers, over Georgia, L'ville, and Miss State.

This is Rutgers 3rd recruit from the state of Alabama in 2 years. They signed 2018 Alabama Miss basketball Zipporah Broughton, and in July they got a verbal from Joiya Maddox also.

Very Happy

We're still in for #9 Rickea Jackson too.
