I said I am a HARDCORE supporter of Team USA. I do not like the
expression "player x raised their or our energy" I much prefer the
word "INTENSITY". Plus, Europe as a whole despises American &
Americans. So, the next time Europe blows up, Americans should
just pull up a chair, break out the popcorn, and enjoy. That way,
they cannot accuse us of "interfering" in their "internal" affairs.
And do not forget how a European Organization ROBBED Team
USA in 1972. NO forgiving - NO forgetting - EVER

I don't have a problem with any of that ... but why refer to people who don't agree with you as "morons"? That doesn't advance the discussion, and makes it much less likely you'll change anyone's mind.

I am a great believer in OBJECTIVE TRUTH. That is one
reason I like Analytics in Basketball. Now, should Team USA pick
players based SOLELY on the numbers, no. Team Chemistry mat-
ters. This Team USA will be MUCH better in Tokyo. We literally
have a monopoly on the world's female basketball talent. But our
chemistry SUCKED. If we had had Olympic 2012 or 2016 Team USA
chemistry, Australia would have lost by 35 or more.
