I'm so tired of hearing about game 3 being on Styx court. Wake up announcers. None of the DC playoff games have been home court. Call out the crap that owns the team and year after year threats it like dirt. City of Seattle even flys Storm flag. No respect given in DC. Should Styx win game 3 will they have to move again for game 4??

Yup, George Mason is most decidedly not a home court for the Mystics. Also, it’s virtually impossible for fans to get to during rush hour from much of the DC-area. A total traffic nightmare.

I would love to see other cities also fly the flags of their respective WNBA team for the playoffs or finals. I would love to see more ownership groups as involved. They Mystics have great players, great marketable players. The Mystics players and fans deserve better. In Seattle, we didn't always have the kind of support from the owners and from the city that we have now, so I sincerely hope the situation in DC improves for you guys.

SAY IT LOUD!

The disrespect shown to Mystics by the owners is shameful. Remembering the fans who showed up to welcome the Mystics when they advanced to the conference finals. Soon after, the GM and coach were gone with Trudi hired to completely dismantle the fanbase. It's now understood that, even with full crowds at games, the owners weren't making money so wanted to decrease attendance to justify moving them to a tiny arena.

If you are in agreement with the very successful plan of Mystics owners to reduce attendance, then by all means keep lauding praise on these anti WNBA owners.

We are lucky that fans bought the team, and that our city is definitely a supporter. Seattle really is a sports city. What makes me proud is that not one team has a racist mascots or names. Makes it nice to be able to cheer the teams on.

Along with this is the garbage of Monumental Sports taking League Pass hostage by black outs.

Bought game 3 tickets and just hope game 4 will be at same area a as hotel is based on game location. Anyone know?

That kind of ruins home court advantage, and there probably be a big Storm fans crowd, there are a bunch that travel during the playoffs. Still you’ll have the crowd on your side.

DC has declared at state of emergency. The potential Friday game could be a problem.

It would probably be played/moved to the Game 5 time slot(Sunday at 8pm) Or moved to a neutral site. Philly? Brooklyn? Game 5 in Seattle could be played on Tuesday or Wednesday depending on ESPN'S schedule.

The World Cup starts on the Saturday, 3,500 miles away from the US. Makes extending the season somewhat problematic. Storms might already create flight issues, I suppose (hopefully not with mine...).

Looks like roughly 20% chance at 40 mph winds in DC over the next 5 days.

Proactive, and might be dropped in the next few days.

EDD can make a shot in 40 mph winds right?

One good thing about not using the GW court

The Charles E. Smith Center Jumbotron has collapsed onto the court. More information to come soon.

With Florence veering southward, I doubt it will interfere with playing Friday's game. 5 hours south, we're expecting rain and a little wind. We're outside of the tropical storm zone. There might be some storm surge but highly doubtful to interfere with the game.

I was going to offer up Atlanta as a neutral site, but looks like we are getting it now.

It's nice that they got the Mystics' floor in there.
