Did she have a prior technical, or did she compound this technical into another one?

Phoenix, like L.A., is a four-player team, and it's hard to win a five-game series when the opposition has the time to exploit that weakness.

I was at the game. Roy was sensitive but Sykes did more than "jump too high". She reacted very strongly and may have said something to get the 1st T. It almost like Taurasi like. She then went to the other end of the court while DT was shooting the T shot. On her way back up the court to begin play she purposely went by Roy and said something. I could see her heading that way and I was thinking, "Don't do it. He is really touchy. You are going to get booted." Sure enough, it happened. Stupid on her part, IMO. Then she didn't want to leave the court. I was thinking, "If you want to play Sunday, you better just leave." The coaches finally convinced her to go.

pilight, is it common to have three players with a double double in a single game or is that something you even track?

I was watching DT for a triple as well. She had her points and assists early with 3 rebounds. But she didn't get any more boards.

DB and BG were impressive on the boards but Atlanta made it easy. There were times when BG was the only player under the basket.

Also, not mentioned in BG's play is how often her presence discourages a player from taking a shot or altering the shot to try and get it past her. There were some ugly shots put up in the paint. Atlanta's ability to hit from the perimeter was the only thing that kept Atlanta in the game. Losing Sykes was huge in the long run.

Was Roy the one who also ejected Liz,DT and BG? I saw all of the games(I watch every game) but don't remember who ejected them.

I think he's giving January credit for being decent

Storm will definitely beat Atlanta, but it’ll be a full 5 game series this tiiime, that is if they get to the finals 😂

Exactly ... so, if you like, 3.75.

Okay.. I mean, between January, Turner, and FLB (if played) there’s a fourth.

It’s just still a big drop. Laughing

Also..Merc need to win against NY. We need the path of least resistance...and I can easily invision the Sparks and Merc being the team to come out of the do or die pack.

Plus...I’d rather play Liz and Skylar than Maya and Fowles. I think #TeamGrandma has the potential to come alive for the playoffs..especially in a do or die situation (and against the Merc). Much better to go with inexperienced group who has a new coach.

And to follow it up, it’s gonna be a lot better to go up against CT over Delle Donne and the clutch midget.

So...beat Ny plz.

I tend to agree with this, in principle, though obviously not with the relish that you appear to have. My agreement, though, has less to do with my opinion of the Storm (whom I loathe), and more to do with my opinion of the Dream's ceiling without McCoughtry. With a healthy McCoughtry, I legitimately believe that the Atlanta Dream are the 2018 WNBA Champions.
