Wow! I am surprised how many of us picked the Mystics. I did, picking with my heart over my head. The mystics are playing ok on the road, not great, and Diana is due to play basketball instead of trying to push and elbow & slap to prove her dominance. This should be a good one

Interesting matchup will be if they put Bonner on EDD.

I hope it is, but am far from confident.
Some people might have missed that the Merc have won just 2 of our last 10 games.

Odds like that never stop players from taking the next shot. Besides can Kristi Tolliver afford $400 a game every night?

1-2 since all star break though, so we’re improving. Wink

Merc just need to take care of home court. It’s doable. If they do that, they get at least the third seed, IMO.

Well they are the home team, so I don't think there will be any airline problems.

If Toliver can play like this consistently for the rest of the season Washington can really be Title contenders. Ive never took them serious but this game along with last against my Wings have sort of ooened my eyes a bit. Seattle vs Wash would be fun but ATL is right there as well. Geez these teams are good this year! Any of them can win it all.

I was wondering how long they were going to talk about Las Vegas. They went on for about 5-10 minutes about it, more about how soft the Aces were for not playing rather than how it affected the Mystics.

Interesting offensive game so far.

Amazing how well a team can shoot when no opposing player is around them.
Laughing

Lil Mopey can cool down at the half, plz.

Well that was a sucky half from the Merc, but the margin is manageable, and no one got themselves into foul trouble (most unusual for us), so it's not all bad.

Ah, I understand the defensive strategy now.

If no Merc players are near the opposing team, can’t get in foul trouble. Cool

Apparently begging for minutes for Turner has its consequences. Sandy must skip over all the “Stop Playing Camille posts” Laughing

Love seeing BG making the most of her advantage. Wish she did it more often.

Um, seeing as all we have to do is throw the ball really high and Brit can catch it and score..we could maybe try that play again?

Edit: not necessary to throw it that high, Dee.
