Triple double watch
(CP3): 23 pts, 12 REBs, 7 ASTs.

Double double watch
(Essence): 16 pts, 6 REBs
(Chelsea): 11 pts, 9 ASTs
(Courtney): 15 pts, 10 ASTs

Too many damn LA injuries. Odyssey is tough; I expect her to rebound.

Mission accomplished! The Sparks scored less than 100 points against the Sky. Cue the opening theme music from Mission: Impossible.

Damn! We got the Atlanta Dream track & field squad coming to the Staples Center Tuesday night . . . with no Alana or Nneka! It doesn't matter: we simply have to win . . . somehow!

Sims is fine. She came out of the locker room without a limp or brace or anything like that.

Exclamation Exclamation Exclamation

Hopefully, they'll be back and ready to go Tuesday. I'm not sure about Nneka's illness but in the Indy game, they said Beard was about ready to roll. We shall see! Glad that they got the W today. Great balanced effort!

Vadeeva with 5 fouls in 11 minutes.

I thought she still looked decently good though... Confused

Now that non-contact injury by Sims... didn't look good Shocked

Vadeeva gets a lot of her fouls because she provides a lot of help defense and then gets back late to her assignment. That's sort of what happened when Angler pulled her. She defended two shots and then had to get back to Parker who then had position on her. She still needs to learn her defensive limitations and gets her self out of positions when she helps by leaving her man. She still does not know how to play a lot of the players in the league.

As I told Shades in a previous post she is deceptively stronger than she appears. When she hits someone they feel it.

This version of Carson where she can now score is good for LA. Can’t leave her wide open anymore.
She was shooting good in 2016 & last year was playing with a bad elbow.

Candace Parker may frustrate because she doesn't play like this every game, but when she's on, she's the best offensive player in the league.
