Sorry Liz, Cayla & Erin, but I'm not #WFFL enough to get up at 3:30am to watch this one. Hope I wake up to victorious news.

Today should be a good litmus test for both teams, for Dallas to prove they are legit title contenders and for LA to prove that they are back after losing five of six.

On defense, it will be up to Beard to slow Diggins-Smith down, and we will have to do it by committee against Cambage. Slow those two down and dare the others to beat you.

On offense, I hope the clutch shooting of Beard and Carson continues as this can give the defense fits and prevent doubling down on CP3 and Nneka. I really need our bench to break out of its funk, especially Sims and Lavender. If we have any chance at a title, those two especially need to step up. Also, hoping for timely contributions today from Williams and Vadeeva.

Let's go Sparks!

This big line-up for the Wings with Thornton or Stevens at SF is looking real good lately. Hard for other teams to defend.

I think the ref could have walked away on that 2nd technical. It wasn't like she was talking directly to him.

Cambage was getting hammered inside and not getting calls. She had every right to be pissed.

Jep, let it go and turn your back so that she can cool off. That other ref wanted to play hero and stick up for his co ref Confused

I looked back on the play. I couldn't even see her get touched.

She was talking to the other ref though. And saying the exact thing that she already got T ed up for

She wasn't getting fouled so much on her shots but Masha was putting a body on every play. She was getting bodied keeping her off the boards. That's what was ticking her off. She was used to fines players like Nika and Candice so Vedeeva playing physical was too much of a contrast for her.

Doesn't mean you get a free pass to keep saying whatever you want to the officials. Cambage has got to learn to control herself. Such a hothead. And you guys encourage this?

Well now she's getting the fines, and doubling them up.

No i dont encourage it. I just dont like these fast 2nd T's. I have seen Taurasi curse for minutes after her first T to the refs and they dont call that 2nd one but this with Cambage is all of a sudden too much

Stevens is looking like All Rookie since Cambage left. Extra minutes for her.
