Someone besides Diamond needs to hit a shot....DD:5-10 fg...Rest of team:5-19 fg

Dolson really let herself go...Improving her conditioning should be Dolson's #1 priority this upcoming offseason.

Young having a great 1st half against her former team.

Dolson's taken 13 Free throws in 13 games.

I haven't seen many Sky games, but isn't Dolson spending most of her offensive time on the perimeter?

Yes...However...1 FT per game is a 50% decline from last season. Laughing

DeShields is becoming the best player on this sky team slowly but surely. Best defender hands down and the only player to create her own shot from what ive seen so far this season.

The Sky are losing by 26 points after 3 quarters because they are playing a real, legitimate WNBA team, and not the Lynx. 😂

Harper is pretty much a zero for the Sky.

Chicago is looking like the only lottery team in this game. Williams came in and led them in getting it to within 8, and then it just quickly went over 20 points difference.

Wilson can always bail the Aces out. Either lower the shoulder and drive and at a minimum get fouled, or get off a clean jump shot with a defender right on her.

Actually, I don't think LV is playing all that well. Very sloppy. And while I agree about Wilson's play, don't forget McBride. She's as valuable to the team as Wilson.

The Aces surge began when Evil Bill inserted Plum in the starting lineup. For all the Lindsay Allen "pure point guard" love, the team is 1-5 when she starts.

But how many of the starts came without McBride, Plum & Jefferson available?

Jefferson didn't play any of them, of course. If she'd been healthy Allen would not have been starting. Plum and McBride played in four of the six games, including the lone win.

Tough five game stretch for the Aces coming up that may determine if they get into the play-offs: @ Lynx, vs. Sparks, @ Mercury, vs. Fever, vs. Mercury. If they can possibly go 3-2, they'll stand a chance.

Not a fan of the Sky coach, she doesn’t seem to know what direction to push the team in, Parker is good but she’s more of a bench team.

Drafting Gabby > Stevens was just a boneheaded move.

The dumbest move of the Draft . But she made me the happiest fan in the country when she did ! Laughing

I, as a Sky fan, am happy and appreciative that the Sky drafted Gabby Williams. Very Happy

Why dump on Stocks when Stevens shouldn't have even been available to her?

Very Happy

But on a serious note, Williams isn't a bad player. She's tied for first in total steals with Alana Beard, and I know people don't like this stat but she's first in steal percentage as well. Obviously, she isn't being used properly and will have to improve in certain areas of the game (jump shot), but it's not like she's totally useless, IMO, like a certain poster on this board who has been screaming that Williams sucks for a while to the point it's becoming a fascination. I want to see what she can do going forward.

I like Stevens, and obviously she's more pro ready, but I'm not losing sleep yet, especially in their rookie seasons.

And Shades does bring up an interesting question, why isn't Pokey catching heat for also passing on Stevens? Hughes I understand because he traded for Howard, is it that people think Mitchell will be just as good, if not better than Stevens?
