I was never a big fan of his. Him and Cooper- just NBA ex defensive players riding their rep to get coaching jobs. Players don't always make good coaches.

KML is shooting pretty good the last few games. I like what she brings in limited minutes off the bench.

5,7 pts while shooting 54,5 % from the field, 2nd in the league in 3P % with 66,7 % in only 10,8 minutes off the bench. That is pretty good Surprised

The only negative right now is that she isnt in good condition and that results in in her being one of the worst defenders in the league right now. Surprised She fouls a lot because she cant keep anyone in front of her.

So IMO they could keep playing her between 10-15 minutes off the bench. See if she can hit some shots and if not then sit her.

I see Plum did nothing during her time on the court.

6 assists and outrebounded Wilson. But yeah, not too impressive.

And the reason people think Kelsey Bone can be a factor in the WNBA is ...?

And the reason people think Kelsey Bone is better than Courtney Paris is ...?

Idea

I'm just going to literally assume that an overwhelming amount of people look at the boxscores and only pay attention to points scored or field goals to determine if a player had a good game. Laughing

Cooper .592
Bordello .574
Laimbeer .573
Only Reeve has a higher WNBA winning percentage of current coaches

Courtney Paris gets consistently underrated.

As for thinking Bone can be a factor, you don't have to look to far back to see her average more than 15 pts/game for the season. I'm not saying she will ever do anything like that again, but it is more potential than pretty much any other back-up center in the league has shown.

At this point, it's on everyone else to actually make it a conversation.

The trouble with guards as MVP is that it’s hard for them to play at that level the whole year.

She started off gangbusters last season too. Let's see if she can keep it up this year.

Yeah i know but that goes for everyone. But she looks happy and confident and outside of that first game she is doing it in the flow of the offense. Not forcing shots and sees her teammates aswell. Her fg % and 3point% is crazy right now. She will not keep that up but if she keeps it at a good level then she has a change of winning it

She didn't have 5 20-point games in a row at any point last season though.
