Kind of an odd start time - seems too early in the season for Kid Day. Go Dream.

The dream have a bit more work to do , from what i saw from them sunday here in Dallas they dont have a clue of what type of team they want to be . The post game most definitely needs some help , but Chicago is not that strong down low so they might have a better shot here . Priority for coach Collen should be to get Angel to buy in , She was not receptive nor did she seem to be paying attention to Coach Collen alot during Sundays game in timeouts. She pretty much was in her own world on her own island the whole entire time. Tiffany hayes was the biggest crybaby ive ever seen , to much complaining and not enough working .

If the Sky can turn the Dream to a half court, jump shooting team then the Sky should win this game.

Hayes vs Quigley should be a fun matchup. Hayes has the speed and agility to lock and trail after Allie off of those screens.

If Angel is fully locked in then the Sky will not win this game.

Led by Breland' hot hand (5-14) the Dream posts combined for 5-27 against the Wings. Williams was 1-10, while the backups DD, IMS, and Billings were all 0-1. Some of that was due to Cambage, but this problem was around last year as well - the Dream kept forcing the ball inside, but there was often little to show for it. When you get right down to it, Williams is not a very good offensive player, so they should just give up on that or see if she can hit from further our. Dolson is no Cambage, but last year Williams struggled to contain her. So something has to be done about that. Despite her 2 ASG appearances, Williams is in the bottom half of WNBA centers this season, and has real problems against that bigger posts - Griner, Cambage, Jones, Fowles, Dolson and even K. Thomas.

Unless the Dream can get more from Williams and slow down Dolson, this game probably will not go our way no matter what Angel, Tip and Brittany do. BTW - it seems to me another problem is that Angel, Tip and Brittany are all kind of the same player - primarily a slasher who can sometimes hit from outside - so they are all going for the same space and either get in each others way, or simply stand on the sidelines and watch the other.

Fortunately, for us, the Sky have their own issues so it should be close.

Billings is the only WNBA rookie who has yet to score.

They don’t show up on WNBA.com stats, so I’m guessing they haven’t seen court time yet. So of the rookies who have had the opportunity to score....

Hayes often plays like a rookie. She only knows 1 pace and forces shots because of that

Diamond can build a house with the first half that she's having.

Hoping for a better 2nd half.

She needs to take it to the basket more but is probably a bit intimidated by Angels defense.

I don't believe DD is intimidated...She just has a tendency to settle for too many jump shots...But I do agree with you...DD needs to drive the ball to the basket.
