The Wings looked much better tonight. I think this might be more indicative of how they will play this season than their opener against the Mercury, as they are still adjusting to having a dominant center on the team. Plus I think the Mercury will wear down as the season progresses, especially Taurasi, who is starting to lose the battle against Father Time (finally). The veteran Merc will play less well as the season progresses, while the young Wings will improve. Of course youth hurts a lot in the playoffs, so I hope the Wings younguns mature quickly this season.

An undersized center at that.

How do you show highlights of the Wings/Dream game and not show one Liz Cambage Highlight?

Game analysis from Section 102 Row A seat 7.

Liz Cambage is unstoppable. Atlanta had no one absolutely no one that could stop her. Happy too see Skylar find her shot along with Davis having back to back productive games. I like the smaller line up but thornton struggled to understand a few of the plays called. Atlanta OTOH has alot.of work to do. I observed Lori ann im depth the entire game during timeouts especially and shes not sold on.coach Callan thats for sure.

Not Liz's usual mood after a win, or even after a loss

maybe just tired. she played her butt off to start the season. gotta get people back healthy so fred isn't putting her back on the court with a 20 point lead in 4th and stuff.

Cambage had her own highlight show including schooling Williams with a few blocked shots to the point, Williams finally realized she was going to have to pass rather than shoot. Cambage had a great turn around soft shot jumper. Cambage was accurate when toeing the line. Cambage drove the basket from the top of the free throw circle. Cambage when contested passed to an open Thornton who made an easy shot. And that, folks, is versatility.

Collen wearing a dress on the sideline. Seems like a pantsuit is more appropriate and fans will like it more.
