Toad, I know you pay far more attention here than me--has Vadeeva said that she plans to play in the WNBA? Last I knew, there had been no indication, but I miss quite a bit around here.

Johnson probably won't be ready to start the season.

Wheeler/KMitchell
TMitchell/SJohnson(until 100%)/(Pohlen-Mavunga vs Gwathmey)
Vivians/Coleman
Dupree/Mavunga
Larkins/Alexander/Achonwa

Too many centers. Trying to be the Liberty?

I'd give Vivians the start over Coleman without question.

Unless she has a guaranteed contract, they should consider cutting Coleman.

That looks about right which means Hamson gets cut.

I could see Seattle, Dallas, Washington, LA or NY picking her up if they aren't happy with their 5th post options.

Though I also say what the hell and start K. Mitchell from day 1.

I think it's illegal to have 2 Mavunga's on a team anyway. It's in the bylaws.

That was a consideration in some mocks. I decided to go with height over relationships.

Only if Pokey is prepared to lose from Day 1, and that’s not really Pokey’s or the organization’s nature. It did seem like Vandersloot had a baptism by fire, but I’m not that was by choice. Wasn’t the CHI starting PG Ticha hurt all the time?

The irony is if Mavunga stays it will likely be at the expense of McCall who is sister in laws with Dupree I believe.

(Maybe McCall could transition to the SF and we get the all family team)

K. Mitchell/Wheeler
T. Mitchell/S. Johnson/Pohlen-Mavunga
Vivians/McCall
Dupree/Mavunga
Alexander/Larkins/Achonwa

The only draw back is they would have to waive Coleman

Too bad the Mitchells aren't sisters

CHI must have gave up her rights. Pokey signed the wrong Lady Vol.

The Lynx would love that.

This had to happen. If you're going to be bad, be bad with young, cheap players. Coleman was probably just going to be blocking Vivians anyway.

No...Coleman's been garbage for the last 3 seasons...Seattle should wait for the waiver wire.

So Mavunga, Graves & McCall vying for last post spot
And Pohlen-M, Gwathmey, Simms, Abdelkader vying for one guard spot.

Pokey’s listening! She should have listened about Stevens too. Wink
