Latta is unsigned, not likely to be signed.

Toliver/Cloud
Hill/SWK/Hightower
Currie/TRP
Delle Donne/Hawkins/Peters
Thomas/Sanders

Maybe you’re right. That’s 12 right there without #7
Any chance Peters won’t be up to speed?
Are the Mystics a good candidate for Vadeeva?

It could be wrong and I know it hasn't shown up yet but I thought I read either in this thread or the Washington thread that someone was reporting that Latta was signed.

Oh and I forgot Currie went to Washington so if #7 ends up being L. Brown even if there is no Latta signing it is pretty much a over for someone on the perimeter my guess would be Hightower

Toliver/Cloud
Hill/SWK/L. Brown
Currie/TRP
EDD/Hawkins/Peters
K. Thomas/Sanders

Now if Latta is in the picture than Hightower is still most likely gone and #7 could be a post.

If number 7 is a post I think Peters would have to fight for her spot. I could see Mike T looking at Vadeeva, I could also see some draft scenarios where Russell is still on the board at #7 which I think might appeal to Mike T, and even if he goes guard at #7 someone could be available at #19 that I could see challenging for the 5th post spot, maybe Butler, the new to the discussion Barta, Jensen?. Also If EDD is back at the PF spot full-time I could see A. Taylor at least challenge Peters for that last post spot.

Nope, Latta is definitely not returning to the Mystics as a player.

Word has it Thibault is looking for a wing at #7.

Hill is still rehabbing and is not projected to be ready until mid-June. Who knows who they will have starting at first. Will it be Cloud? Will it be SWK or TRP?

I want details!!! Why isn't there a press release. Likely be waiting until Monday now! Curious if it's just a one year deal or a multi-year deal.

Unless I missed it, is Dev Peters not playing this season, or is it just a case of nobody has signed her? She was never on the FA list.

There's basically an entire team this season that could be made up of players that sat out in 2017 but are signed to a team this season. With a deep draft, I really feel there's a need for expansion.

The "I sat out 2017" team for 2018(also includes injured for full season):
McCoughtry
Cambage
Bonner
Bone
Tanisha Wright
C. Ogwumike
D. Peters
Astou N'dour
Jamierra Faulkner
Kelsey Griffin
Alaina Coates
Ana Dabovic

New transactions for 4/10/18
New York Hollivay, Rachel Contract Signed
New York Murphy, Shay Contract Signed
New York Ibekwe, Ify Waived

The fact these transactions came up with the Charles signing remaining off reinforces the notion that the Charles entry disappearing wasn’t a bug.
I get this feeling that the trade wheels are in motion. Just a feeling though.

Curious about Ibekwe and why she's been waived already? Holivay is just a camp body. Murphy could make the team over someone like R. Allen.

Ibekwe did not play at the end of the Israeli League Semifinals and missed all of the Finals games too, so I would assume injury.

The Tina Charles signing has reappeared on the transactions page.

The fucking League should be on their case about there not being one. She's the star player and only recognisable face of the floundering New York franchise, and they're just going to let her re-signing slide by? It's an absolute nonsense.

Worse than that - no press release on the Holivay signing. And what did Ify do to get waived?
