Wilson's the clear #1 pick, but is Mitchell a lock at #2?? Vivians' being tossed around now as a possible selection for Indiana. Or possibly DeShields or Gabby Williams. If they pass on Mitchell at #2, a selection of either Brown, Nurse or Canada at #8 seems likely. Who's your pick at #2?

**see new post concerning Stevens declaring**

I really don't like any of them as No. 2, and not because one or more won't develop into solid WNBA players. It's just really hard to determine which is the most likely to succeed ...

Indy needs a player with a scoring mentality. Kelsey Mitchell is the perfect fit here. Removing january sort of cemented this pick.

Their offseason moves have set them up to take Kelsey Mitchell. However, both the Fever and Pokey Chatman have a history of draft day curveballs.

Mitchell is the obvious choice, Williams the curveball.

You obviously take Stevens and then best point guard available at 8

Mitchell ain't all that, Stevens has higher upside.

I think if you're the Fever you have to take the 6'6 mobile post player with a world of upside, no??

Mitchell might be great, and I think she can score in the WNBA but she's a smaller 2-guard.

Indiana already has a good guard corps in Wheeler, Tiffany Mitchell and Shenise Johnson, no? I think you gotta take the 6'6 kid who can move and spent *some* time in Storrs learning and growing (esp defensively).

To me it's a no brainer unless I'm missing something?
