Well, no doubt Arike won it for ND.

Shame to see the refs miss a big call to give ND and extra shot but what's new.

ND should be stronger next year, at least on paper.

There's always 'what ifs'. For instance, What if McGowan made the wide open layup before that fouling shit?

Such an awesome way to win any game - let alone the championship game. Pity they killed the moment with that 0.1s bs.

That's because they wanted ND to win from the beginning. Such BULLSHIT!

I am done and these refs suck big time. So ND only has a few players but that does not mean you should just give ND the game.

How close to the exact same spot was that shot as the one on Friday?

Congrats ND! It was nice to see the refs not let McGowan run roughshod over everybody and not be called for fouls, like in the game against Louisville. Great game, awesome coach McGraw!

How in the hell are you 6'8 and only shoot 7-19 from the field?

Yeah. She needs a mentor to develop an actual game because she's just tall (from what I saw tonight).

I might be in the minority, but I'm glad when the officials don't decide the game.

LaChina Robinson tweeted this, but can we seriously get a 30 for 30 on this Notre Dame team?

I don't think they intended to help ND. There was just a lot going on. No doubt they'll cringe when they see the replay.

But, MissSt missed a shot and ND made their extra free shot so....they win.

That was a much more lucky shot than the one against UConn. Great win for ND and so depressing for MSSt, who seemed to have the game more than once.

Arike Ogunbowale, destroyer of dreams, snatcher of souls, patron saint of dagger shots.

(yes it's bullshit that Mabrey bulldozed William with no call, but still, holy goddamn Ogunbowale)

Notre Dame won, and did so in incredibly dramatic fashion. Let people enjoy things. Congrats to our resident ND fans, once they recover from passing out/hyperventilating.

This is why I'm not high on her. They would have won if not for that last missed bunny and her fouling out. I don't see her as a lottery pick in 2019.

It's difficult to blame the outcome on a single bad call by the officials when they made soooo many bad calls all weekend which affected all four teams in all three games.

But Arike! OMG! Ice water in her veins. And I hadn't appreciated until now that Jessica Shepard has more facets to her game than a big just taking up space like TMac. Great comeback by ND.
