McCowan very low IQ two fouls in four minutes without Wilson even being in the game. She's no Megan Gustafson or Marie Gulich.

And, as such (not such?), she'll have a WNBA career.

Man does Miss State get TENSE when they play the Gamecocks!

Their body language looks defeated in all of their matchups!

VV very lackadaisical in her movements without the ball. In sharp contrast, Sophie Cunningham is a non-stop, sprinting, whirling dervish.

I must say that I am shocked with the score at halftime. I like both of these teams so I will be happy with either team that wins. Miss St has not played like this all season so maybe it is just jitters in the 1st half. Victoria and Blair missing so many 3 pointers. I am going to bet that they come out blazing in the 2nd half so SC should not get complacaent. A'ja has not done well in the 1st half so the others will have to keep up their good shooting. I was thinking Miss St would surly win this and maybe they will. The 2nd half will tell the story.

Aja has been trying to do too much. She needs to get the rest of the team more involved.

She reminds me of Bird.

What a shame. I was hoping Mississippi State would go undefeated all the way to the NC game so UConn could give them some payback.

Why is S Carolina throwing those soft lob passes to stationary team mates that are so easy to intercept? Evil or Very Mad

S Carolina has given Miss St several chances to get close with bonehead ball handling but Miss St can't make a basket.

Losing a game now will help MSU more than anything, hope they take down uconn again.

They won't. This is what happens when you don't schedule anyone good during the entire regular season.

I must say I was surprised with the outcome of this game. Miss St has been undefeated all season then tonight they don't come on and get it done. I thought for sure they would win. Oh well, I also like the Gamecocks and they made history tonight.

For anyone making a case for LouConn to be POY, games like this shows Wilson is the best player in College, and hands down the NPOY, yes Lou has been scoring big lately, but imagine if Wilson Played in the AAC, she might ave 20 and 20.

I think Lou’s performances against the non-conference schedule has made her National POY.

I agree and I haven't made that case.

If Wilson didn't have 20/20 by the half in the AAC I'd be surprised (and she should be embarrassed.)

That said, Samuelson does a lot of things well, including passing (an almost 3/1 A/TO ratio), and shoots the 3 incredibly well at 48%.

They have different responsibilities and each fulfills them very well, obviously. Apples/oranges.

Actually Wilson could score a ton but it would be due to the fact that she would love playing with KLS as she would get her the ball before a team could move. Question is could Wilson get her the ball Wink
