Hopefully it’s nothing serious. That totally sucks for her and for Baylor. I hate all injuries, especially to seniors.

looked like classic acl to me.

her 150ft hop was as impressive as it was sad.

i almost think screwed seniors should earn an extension.

Baylor routs West Virginia, loses Kristy Wallace to knee injury

...Senior point guard Kristy Wallace left the game in the second quarter after a noncontact injury to her right knee and didn't return. She participated in Senior Night festivities walking with a noticeable limp and returned to the bench on crutches in the third quarter...

Idea Could someone please correct the spelling of her name in the post?

Terrible timing , there goes any chance Baylor had at going back to the final four.
Thought wallace would be one of those rare third rounders that end up making a w roster also.

After Wallace went down, it looks as if Moon Urain filled in and Baylor did t go any deeper on the bench. Is Alexis Morris out as well? She has been having a good frosh year

Alexis Morris and Didi Richards were both held out of the game for undisclosed disciplinary reasons, and Chou is injured (hand).

so sad. really feel for her. I thought she had a chance to get a look in the W. Now that probably won't happen. Well, best of luck to her in her rehab and future bball career in Aussie land.

It might make sense for a team to draft her. I explained in the Mock Draft thread.

NEVER a 'good time' for an ACL tear, but this might be a prime example of a 'worst possible time' scenario. She was totally in charge of Baylor's destiny. But, as gritty as she is/plays, she'll be back.
