As far as I can tell whether or not a basket is properly scored is not subject to video review. Adding two-tenths of a second with 39.6 seconds to go is critical to the game, but figuring out if a team actually deserves 3 points woud disturb the flow of the game. Still, I am not a referee and I am not certain that is the case. I just couldn't find anything definitive on line.
