Fighting with Dabovic for the backup minutes to Gray and Sims at the guard spots. Beard playing mostly the three with Carson, sliding over when they need bigger D. Riquna Williams available as all hell. |

Maybe we are gonna hear about trades as I don't think Agler is a fan of Williams or Weise or even some bigs that didn't play.

Every time I think I've seen Cappie's worst hair day, I see a new picture.
Does this put the Sparks anywhere near the fabled LA cap?

They would have to be under the cap to add her, I believe. But I can't see them keeping more than 11 unless they can get rid of Williams and her max contract. According to Megdal, Carson has close to one too.

Not that it matters. They were deep in the post last year, but it didn't keep Agler from leaving his starters out there to pick up three or four first half fouls in the finals.

Ehh, not the big splash I was hoping for. If Cappie can accept a sparkplug role off the bench, similar to a Lou Williams for the Clippers, I am good with that. I don't want her starting over Sims. Yeah, with this move Williams has got to be gone. We already have Gray, Sims, Pondexter, Dabovic, and Beard. They probably keep Wiese too as she is on a cheaper contract. Just don't play Dabovic and Wiese together, their defense is atrocious.
Even though Agler probably won't play her, we need another big to help Parker, Ogwumike, and Lavender (and don't say Diarra!) |

I'm pretty sure that one was inspired by Medusa.

Might have trouble finding someone trading for that contract+injury history. She didn't exactly have a bounce back 2017.

Your comment led to me clicking on the link and I wasn't disappointed! OMFG! That is some kind of weird woven welcome mat she's got perched up there, with the weaving not finished, with the ends sticking out. One of the strangest ''hair-don'ts" I've seen that didn't involve an actor playing a creature from another planet.
Count me as another who did not want this signing to happen. When Cappie demanded a trade to New York, it was all "she's building her fashion line in the fashion capitol." When she was traded to Chicago, it was all "she's returning home." And now she's like "I was born in California." Cappie: you done retraced all your roots now and it's past time to leave the game. Stop before you ruin another team.

something like
Gray/Dabovic
Sims/Pondexter/R. Williams
Beard/Carson/Weise
N. Ogwumike/#11
Parker/Lavender
Billings or Vadeeva at #11
Can they just cut R. Williams?

If Vadeeva can only play Center than flip Lavender to the 4 spot
Can LA afford that roster of 12 players?
Can they just cut R. Williams? or trade her for like a 2nd round pick?

Do you think going with only 4 posts, one of them being a rookie, is a good idea?
