Marquette completes the much needed road sweep this weekend with a 78-59 win at Butler. Danielle King led the way for MU with 25 points and Hiedeman, Blockton and Wilborn joined her in double figures.

Marquette has an opportunity to put some space between them and Villanova when they host them on Friday.

It’s surprising to see DePaul trailing 45-39 at halftime at Xavier. But there plenty of time left for DePaul to make a comeback.

Did not see this thread. Good fight by Xavier.

Have not had enough vodka for Seton Hall. At least St. John's is letting me have nice things.

Questionable coaching decision may cost Xavier. With 10 seconds left Xavier down 2 and at the line, Coach pulled his players off the line, Xavier player missed the second FT and it allowed DePaul to get the ball to their best FT shooter who made both. Xavier just hit a shot which was called a 3 but is being reviewed and I think its a 2.

Xavier did that a bunch with having no players on the line when they played at Marquette and it really looked weird.

I can’t believe that game was that close and Xavier came oh so close to pulling off the huge upset. But oh well - Marquette only has themselves to blame for where they are now in the standings.
