Congrats to Grambling State's player, Shakyla Hill, on recording a quadruple double last night. Only 4th women's player in Division 1 to officially record one.

15 points
10 rebounds
10 assists
10 steals

The last player to achieve one, Sonja Tate, went onto play in the ABL and WNBA

Hopefully this young lady gets a good look in the draft too. She sounds like a one-woman wrecking crew!

It is an awesome accomplishment no matter at what level. Congrats to her!

But before you start drafting her into the w, consider it was against a team whose only win this year is against a D2 team. Grambling did play FSU and her numbers were extremely more modest in that game. She was better at UNC but we know how UNC values defense. And in general her TOs equal her ASTs and STs...she could have had a quintuple double! She may be POY in the SWAC, but the SWAC is the SWAC. The two guys who announce the Grambling games are worth the listen though - they totally cracked me up in those two games where I heard them.

Let's also bear in mind she's a junior. She's got time to work on the TOs.

Extremely impressive, regardless of the competition. I mean, you have to actually be in position to get those rebounds & steals.

Congrats to her.

And impressive that she was short two assists with ten second to go and still made it.

Talk about cutting it close.

Or if you do read the comments, report them appropriately. The report button for "disrespectful or offensive" tweets got used a lot on sandwich jokes.

I saw Tate play at Ark. St (against Tech and WKU). She was a phenomenal player. Ark. State should have made the tourney her senior year. It's a shame they didn't -- the rest of the country should have been able to see her play.
