It's very important for Marquette to take advantage of having 3 home games to start BE play - St. John's and Seton Hall this week and DePaul next Thursday.

C'mon, you Johnnies! I should be home in time to watch this (I'm currently at Fordham for a double-header.)

This one is ugly so far and tied at 16 after one quarter.

No, I don't know what Maya Singleton did, but either Joe's a fucking moron or it was pretty fucking spectacular, because she's basically our frontcourt.

MU's starting point guard has three fouls already and Marquette is a turnover machine. But they are leading 33-25 at halftime.

Marquette had built up a double digit lead in the third quarter but St. John's has really cut into the lead. MU leads 55-50 at the end of the third quarter.

We are headed to overtime and all the momentum is on the side of St. John's.

I think I'm going to hear refs making the travel call in my sleep tonight. 27 turnovers by Marquette tonight - yikes which is actually the number of field goals they made also. I'm not sure how MU pulled this one out. Tonight showed why I don't think MU will contend for the BE title.
