"Science - based" is a forbidden phrase. Trump and his Republican henchmen hate science. It tells them the Bible might just be wrong about how we got here, that global warming is probably largely due to man, that guns actually do kill people, that cutting taxes for the rich does not reduce deficits and various other things they simply can't abide. They are the "Speak no evil" party. "Evidence - based" is also forbidden. They hate evidence - it gets in the way of their beliefs.
