California Health Officials Release Guidelines To Avoid Cellphone Radiation

A purse, (or "men's messenger or shoulder bag" or a backpack) while walking, isn't keeping a cellphone that much further away from your body. Certainly not "at least arm's length" away. But I suppose that even if you put it in your pocket like I do, it can be taken out whenever one isn't moving about.

I have seen it advised in the past that people use a headset instead of holding the phone to their ear.
