Anyone else think Shepard makes ND better on offense than Turner?

ND might lose this game.
HTs nearly their equal and are giving no quarter at home.
17-14 end 1st.
WKU seems to be getting most of the loose balls, and have scored decently off o-boards.
ND seems out of sync, is cold from the perimeter and committed 6 TOs

I cannot see this game and I'm listening to the WKU announcers. Is it true that the WKU has only committed 3 fouls and ND has committed at least 20 more than were called on them?
I am listening to this feed because I cannot stand how biased the ND homer announcer is, but these guys are probably not any better (unless ND is really getting away with murder this game).

Nah. They're being homers. I haven't seen more than the usual inepitude from the refs.
Looks like ND is gonna be a dicey double-digit road favorite again this yr.

well both WKU's bigs are deep in foul trouble with 4 each midway thru the 3rd. WKU has kept it way closer than one would have thought, but the foul trouble should be a turning point.
Notre Dame has not been overwhelmingly good...to say the least.

Well, this WKU team beat the predicted #3 team in the SEC on a neutral court, so I'm not very upset about beating them by 13 on their home court. Especially with Mabrey shooting 1-9.
Considering all the new players being integrated, I'll take that early season road win, especially with the freshman Vaughn getting 17 pts and 7 rebounds in only 16 minutes, and Shepard going for 19 and 12. Ogunbowale led the scoring with 21. Even with Mabrey's dismal shooting night, five players were in double figures. WKU never led the entire game.
I'm not complaining.
By the way Artichoke, these WKU TV announcers kept reminding me of West Canaan's announcers in Varsity Blues. I kept expecting to hear a "Billy Bob, Billy Bob, Billy Bob" out of the color commentator ( who couldn't even remember the names of his own team's players).
(BTW, the color commentator is former coach Paul Sanderford.)

ESPN mobile app needs to do a better job. Score indicates a 65-56 win in favor of WKU. Anyone else noticing games scores listed as "final" being innacurate?
