Candace is gonna be high on adrenaline and the smell of championship gold. It's time for the Princess turned Queen to showcase that killer instinct and infect her teammates with it.

Time for Sparks to win at home. Offense has been up and down but the whole team's been lockdown on D. Candace looks like she's beat down the demons of self doubt and trusting her teammates. Trusting that her teammates will hit the shot when she passes, trusting that the guards will patrol the perimeter, trusting that help defenders will show up.

Take it at home Sparks!

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€πŸ€”πŸ€” I am glad you think the series is over with a lot of basketball still to play...smh

really lynx looked like shit all series coulda easily been sweep reeve really isn't making the adjustments each game sparks been killing them going back door.
there playing hellified defense on the lynx ..lynx nee do bring there A+++++ game on sunday to win on sparks home court again to push it to 5
the lynx out played LA in game 2 and except for the 1st quarter in game 1. They played crappy yesterday in one game so I don't know how you say they looked like that all series. Could have been a sweep lol, not really...it could have been like it is now...oh wait that is how it is πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ the lynx starters need to show up but also Maya will most likely not be in foul trouble in game 4. Only losers will look at a situation in a do or die and just give up....the lynx aren't losers whether they win game 4 or not....they are going to give it their all.....saying it's all over because it is 2-1 is the stupidity πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚, but I guess that is why fans do not play the get and the players do πŸ€”πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‹

If Maya is in foul trouble will be determined on how the ref's call the game. LA is at home so home cooking will be in play. If every foul that Nneka or Parker commit is called then it might be a different outcome.

Keys to this game:

1.Maya Moore:Will Moore be content with being the 2nd option, and take 8-12 shots ? Or will she put up one of her vintage 28p/10r/6a superstar playoff performances ?

2.The starting backcourt matchup:Hard to win basketball games when the starting guards get outscored 30-0.

3.Fowles:Can the lynx get Fowles quality post touches without committing a high number of turnovers in the process ?

4.The referees.....

I think the Lynx need Maya and Syl to be effective in this game and get enough touches. If both are involved heavily then it solves the TO problem aswell. If only Syl is involved then the Sparks will collapse on her and TO's will build

Agreed.......Minnesota needs to run the offense through Moore/Fowles with Whalen spearheading the attack. Both players need to play with a controlled aggression. No reach-in,or reckless body contact fouls....that being said,I hope the sparks closes minny out tonight.

Back-to-Back championships ....then go for the Three-peat next season.

If LA grabs this one tonight and closes out the series, goes back to back. You wonder in a few years looking back, if this marked the end of an era for the Lynx. Sure they may still get back to the Finals but Brunson and Lindsay Whalen are up there (Brunson is class of 2003 and let's not forget Lindsay is the same draft class as Alana Beard and Diana Taurasi). Seimone is getting up there. Maya and Syl still in prime and that's good enough, but this is a starting line-up quickly getting older and older.

Not necessarily. This organization has been in the groove for a while now. A good move here and there, and they're still in the game.... maybe not a guaranteed top seed but Top 4 as long as Fowles and Maya are on the team. I'm not crybaby who became a fan of the Lynx after they started winning and expects them to win all the time. I've been through some of the lean years and appreciate what they've accomplished.

Brunson is in the same draft class as the others you've listed. She still looks good (Game 2 as an example) though. Might be drinking out of Beard's fountain.

SG isn't the toughest position to fill. PG is a little tougher. The Lynx probably did okay with their 2017 draft pick (as long as she can figure out who she can't score a layup on) and they should be able to get a nice player out of this draft.

If they get beat badly today, maybe a couple more players will consider retirement. But my outlook on 2018 is pretty good. After 2018, then I'll be handwringing about whether Maya (and maybe Fowles) will want to stay with the team. They probably will stay but you never know.

Candace is gonna be high on adrenaline and the smell of championship gold. It's time for the Princess turned Queen to showcase that killer instinct and infect her teammates with it.

There will be one of those on each side though, so which Princess Queen will prevail?

Sparks!!!!!!

After tonight's loss, the Lynx need to blow up the roster look save for Maya and Syl and send the granny's to Shady Pines.

I remember when the Sacramento Monarchs got a 2-1 lead and were about to play a closeout game at home with the chance to go back-to-back Champions... and they got too comfortable and lost Game 4. Confused Then they lost Game 5 in a close match.

Candace Parker was my 1st pick in my Fantasy Draft and I know Nneka from Stanford, but Brunson used to be on the Monarchs, so... No once again, rooting both ways Razz

That stretch in the 3rd, where the Lynx went small and then ultra small, Jones tossed in 3 straight 3s. Other than that little bit of magic, the Lynx guards (not named Monty) went : 0-4 0-2 1-8 and 0-7. That can't happen again.

In all fairness to Jones, two of her seven missed shots were blocks by Parker.Jones also had a team high 4 assist, and a team low 0 turnovers.

I need Gray To Attempt between 10-12 shots tonight if the sparks want another ship. She is key to winning tonight as seen all series. If she blends in or defer to parker nneka and O then she might as well ride the pine. Im hoping for a big game from gray tonight!

sparks can't let game 4 slip again like last year my bet is that they come out like game 1...on the next note the team that has gotten out to the better start in the 1st qtr has always won the game so lets see what happens

Gray or Parker.

hands down Parker will get MVP if they win grey gotta put up like 30 and some other stats to sway the voters else way lol

Agree. CP3 has earned MVP so far. But whoever owns tonight's game will get it. If Chelsea has another game 1, it's hers. Last year going into game 5, it was Nneka and Alana with Candace trailing. She earned that MVP with her game 5 performance. So far Candace leads, with Chelsea #2.
