Although as pilight's table in the other thread illustrated, some pretty ridiculous people have picked up 1 or 2 votes for RotY over the years when the winner seemed glaringly obvious to everyone else. So it's vaguely possible some contrarian might've voted for Fowles if she stayed healthy as a rookie.

But yeah, health was a major issue for Fowles in her early WNBA years. I have vague memories of writing about how she had to prove she could stay healthy before being considered a truly dominant force.
