Kinda reminds me of MIN's game against the IND when Fowels got into very early foul trouble. Not watching the game but going by the box score.

Oh no, how could the lowly Sky have toppled the mighty Sun? Can we get a redo?

Sigur3, what will you do if the Sky got lucky and won the first and second pick in the 2018 draft lottery? Very Happy

Sky would likely take Wilson & G. Williams. A dangerous team in 2018.

PG: Vandersloot/Faulkner
SG: Quigley/Pondexter
SF: Williams/Copper
PF: Wilson/Breland
C: Dolson/Coates/Parker

The ever glorious response from a Lynx fan. Enjoy yourself right now because all the old farts on the Lynx will all be gone in five years. Laughing

Sun with this loss lose their slim chance for a second seed and a first round bye. Perhaps the recent eclipse of the Sun was indeed portentous.

It appears that she ( Bulgak'ed) that joint my friends.

Watched the second half and it appeared to me that J. Jone's 2nd and 3rd foul calls were very questionable. It probably wouldn't have made that much difference because both she and the team looked fairly gassed. Doesn't look good for them the rest of the way with so many games on the road. Was one of those games a make up game? if not they sure got hosed by the schedule makers.

I still wonder how she got cut in San Antonio? Hopefully she sticks with the Sky next season.

Ideally they keep at least one forward/center who can stretch the defense, and I'd probably rather have Bulgak than Ndour. A post rotation of Dolson/Coates/Breland/Parker/Bulgak isn't terrible, it's not going to win many individual matchups but it complements the guard core decently.

That said, I'm probably aiming too low for a team that is going to have two top 5 picks in such a killer draft. I liked Bulgak a lot for a low-first round pick in the 2016 class, but if it's between her and A'ja Wilson...well...

How many games out of the 4 do the Sky need to lose out of the 4 remaining to get in the lottery? 2?

No matter what, if they lost 3 they are out and maybe if they lose 2 depending the tie breakers and what Seattle and Dallas do. Sky play MN, NY, Dallas and SEA. Could play a big hand in determining their own fate. Could come down to the last game against the Storm.

I can't say I mind the timing on this stretch of throwback games from Jasmine Thomas.

Tough road trip to close the regular season for Connecticut: at Washington, at Phoenix and at Los Angeles.
