I'm betting they follow a similar motif as the Timberwolves logo change.
Might have a basketball for a background and a less cartoonish depiction of a Lynx.

Last game Ace was virtually invisible with all of two points. I do not know what her issue was, but she has to know her Sparks cannot win without her whole-hearted effort. Everybody has got to come to play with supreme focus.

I'm cautiously optimistic that the Sparks will display an inspired performance tonight. They certainly have had enough time to prep, with their last game being on Sunday. Hopefully Parker shows up and puts some effort in. We won't catch Minnesota for the top record, but we need to maintain the # 2 seed. I want no part of those single-game playoffs.

We could definitely use both Carson and Williams. If not, we will have a very short rotation (shorter than usual). For playoff/finals preparation purposes, I want to see Gruda in for a few minutes defending Fowles. She is an above-average defender, and may need to get used to playing against her physicality.

Come on Sparks, let's get it!!

Both will be out and did not travel to Minnesota.

I don't see the Lynx winning this game without Lindsay Whalen. But we shall see. I'm more interested in what the Lynx's new logo will look like lol.

Whalen had 4 pts, 1 ast and 2 TO in 15 min in the last meeting with the Sparks.
Montgomery had 20 pts, 4 ast, 3 stl in 25 min

Montgomery always seems to play well against the Sparks. Remember that dagger three from last year?

If the Sparks are down two, I'm thinking they're hurting more. Agler has even been forced to use Wiese.

Heavyweight Title fight preview. Oh baby !!
Lynx have just enough time to re-tool around Monty.
Sparks have just enough time to get un-gimpy.

Didn't vote m'cause y'all know , the refs are gonna win this game.

Sigh. This will not go well. Beard is going to have to play extended minutes on Maya. Sparks may have to go with their big lineup and put Nneka on Maya, which I don't like for a number of reasons. They have literally no one else to guard Maya outside those two (Wiese, Gray = too slow; Sims = too small; Others = too big and/or too slow). I know Reeve has been playing her big lineup recently. This may work to LA's advantage.

It's times like these where I don't understand why we have so many bigs. We have TJJ, Gruda, and Diarra, who get little to no playing time, playing behind Nneka, CP3, and Jantel. We have too many posts and small guards, but not enough 6 footish wings.

Oh well, still gotta show up! Let's go Sparks!

LA is w/o Carson who is certainly nowhere near Whalen in talent. However, the Sparks don't really have a good backup while the Lynx have Montgomery. I see the Lynx winning this one, though they will have to play better than they played in Indiana or Atlanta.

Hmmm... the Wings have the opposite problem. Lavender for Christmas... especially with Beard retiring this year.

So no Carson or Williams for LA and no Whalen for Minnesota. Yikes!

Sucks that Carson is out cause we need defenders to throw at Maya and Mone Renee, Gray and Sims can't do it. LA also has to deal with Fowles who is having a MVP season even tho Parker isn't known for her defense she has somehow managed to play some good defense vs Fowles at times so it's CP or and sending a extra defender at her. If I'm Reeve I might try Maya guarding Gray cause she has size over her and Beard isnt the scorer that Chelsea is so I'll take my chances with Mone on her.

Go LA!

I don't know about this being the top two teams. It seems like as the season has progressed Connecticut has passed LA.
