Sykes should not be coming off the bench for this team the remainder of her tenure.

I would lure Sykes for that Dewanna Bonner type role. Multiple 6th player of the year awards. If it doesnt work with Angel coming back and it throws everything off then i would consider trading Angel

2018
Clarendon/Ajavon
Hayes/Sykes/Holmes
McCoughtry/Young
Lyttle/Dantas
Williams/Boyette/Morello

Projecting #14 as that 2nd round pick... competing with Ajavon or Henry

Bcuz they wont have enough tylenol to handle the headaches with her when she realizes Sykes is actually a key component to the team. How about making TIP play the DeWanna bonner type role of 6th player. Sykes has the higher ceiling of the 2 players and im sort of on the bench side that hayes has pretty much maxed out .

I think as long as Sykes is the star and plays the role of ball hog with no control, the Dream will be mediocre indefinitely. You can put as many great pieces around her as you want, but if she will only let them touch the ball in extremis...

Where are all the receipts on McCoughtry not being able to play alongside other good players?

None , im simply stating that McCoughtry is the omega and pretty obviously not controlled nor bothered by ATL's front office to make her own decisions so if shes unhappy shes proven a many of times that she will do what Lori Ann wants. Not specifically referring to her not playing with another individual just her personality in general .

I'm amazed at all the love for the player that isn't playing for us, but not so much for the ones that are. Angels stat line 2017 0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0

Whatever, man. McCoughtry is the only thing about your team worth watching... Although, Sykes is growing on me.

So, basically, you think it might not work, because of reasons?

Well, if you want to watch Angel I guess you can probably find highlight videos on youtube. Maybe all the missing fans are doing that at home. I guess they should have just had the whole team take the year off.

That barb might have had a little more bite, if the Dream were actually doing well without her.

Chiney Ogwumike does seem like the logical heir to the oft injured Sancho Lyttle.

Is it possible that Young also demanded at trade to Atlanta? That part of the deal is a bit puzzling given the rest of the Dream roster. She is a better player than Hooper, but Dream have never been a good team for shooting 3's.
