I love listening to him myself, but anyone who can't stand listening to Dick Fain should enjoy this game. First time he's missed a game in a long time. Instead you get the sorta dull, but well-informed Tammy Blackburn.

The Wings offense is almost as frustrating as their defense. Everybody just stands around looking stupid. Everybody is crazy athletic but the teams basketball iq is in the dumps.

Don't blame that on the coach tho.

I think the entire coaching staff should be fired, but if you need a coach to tell you not to stand still for an entire possession, that's on you...

That right there is why Courtney Paris is not a quality starting post player in the league!

It's not unusual for a player to stay in the corner for a possession.

But it is unusual for an ENTIRE team to consistently do it.

Especially to a coach that Megdal was trying to get fired. Maybe he lit a fire under the whole organization.

It wouldn't surprise me if they had a team meeting over the article. It's like hey guys, we can't be talking ish to reporters. We gotta stick together.

Of course with Megdal you can't be sure that any player actually said any of the ish he dished up...

That would be amazing, but it's actually 500 rebounds.

Talked to Jewell's mom and Jewell didn't even know about the article. She says the players don't really pay attention to that stuff.

For a team that was going to concentrate more on defense, the Wings sure don't seem to do much of it. The Storm had a bunch of uncontested 3s and ended up 11-15. And for as little as the bench played they still managed to score 17. The Storm now own the series over the Wings and with how tight the race is becoming, this might be crucial.

The Storm getting 93 pts against them is still not a good sign though. They where saved by their hot shooting in this game but they really need to improve on their defense

Second blowout loss to Seattle for the Wings. They are fighting for the last playoff spot - seems like the Storm have the Wing's number.
