Did they dribble before calling the time-out?

Not really sure if we can call this Plum's breakout game. Sure she has a career high 12 (lol) points but she shot the ball horribly as always. You know your a shit team when San Antonio beats you! Embarassed

They might have inbounded the ball, tbh. Didn't make much difference since they were able to get McBride the ball continually at the end to hit free throws.

Plum played 35 minutes and the Stars won. She still isn't shooting well though - 4 for 12.

If Plum can't find her game with Jefferson out, there's no hope for her this season.

Plum played one of her best games this season and yet still not trusted in the last 2 minutes on the floor . Colson ran the team to close out the win while VJ sent Lady Plum to the bench . Trust issues are an understatement.

She took Plum out when January stole the ball from her. I don't think she wanted January ball-hawking Plum any longer, but then Plum did come back in when it was "put them on the line" time. I was worried about January on Plum at the end before she took her out. Plum needs to improve her handle - earn the trust. Plum was really only a ball-dominant two in college, with a green light to shoot whenever and however she wanted. She's not used to getting pressured and trying to run an offense.

Plum is probably the easiest PG to trap that gets any kind of minutes.
Wiggy gave us a sample!

Looks to me like VJ has finally got things sorted out and has decided to win some games. SAS has enough talent to do that. They got blown out by the Sun the last time they played but I will bet that wont happen again this Sunday.

I always thought it was Candice Wiggins, but not sure if that's who Shades was talking about.

Good god...you guys are brutal. The girl just played the best game of her young career in a WIN and you're treating her like freaking Sammy Prahalis.

I know you are just joking and I'm not trying to start anything but Prahalis had a much better rookie season than Plum has had so far. Sammy out performed her in every category as a rookie, destroyed her assists per game and A to TO ratio and even PPG and shooting percentage where you would think Plum would have the edge.

Yeah, and that was on a team that had a front office with designs on tanking.
